No. We arrive fully equipped with professional-grade, eco-friendly products and all the equipment needed for your clean. If you prefer us to use your own products — for allergies or personal preference — just let us know when booking and your cleaner will happily accommodate that.
Are your cleaners vetted and insured?
Yes. Every Zach Cleaning specialist is reference-checked, interviewed in person and DBS-checked before entering any home or workplace. We also carry £5M public liability insurance, so you are fully protected in the unlikely event of accidental damage during a visit.
How do I book and pay?
Booking takes under two minutes: choose your service and a time slot online, or contact us by phone or WhatsApp. Payment is made directly on site after your clean — by cash, bank transfer or card. We never take payment online, and there are no hidden fees.

Do you guarantee your end of tenancy cleaning?
Yes. Our end of tenancy cleans follow a letting-agent approved checklist, and we guarantee the standard of our work. If your agent or landlord flags a cleaning issue within 72 hours of our visit, we will return and re-clean the affected areas free of charge.
